Job Title: Social Care Worker New

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in social care to join a new team in Ireland.

  • The role will involve working with children and young people aged between 13 & 17 years, providing a supportive environment for their development.
Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities of the job include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Promoting the rights and responsibilities of each child/young person within the service.
  • Supporting attendance at school, training centres, medical and clinical appointments.
  • Organizing personal documents, arrangements, information, and finances on behalf of the young person.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A registration in the Social Care Workers Register or hold a CORU approved qualification.
  • The necessary knowledge and ability to discharge the duties of office effectively.
