Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve complex HR-related issues, utilising critical thinking and analytical skills to reach determinations.
- Manage a diverse range of casework, from initial contact to resolution, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout.

- Design and deliver training programmes to enhance HRBP and leadership skills, focusing on employee relations best practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to employee relations processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment law and best practice, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
