About the Role
  • Lead a team of nursing professionals to provide high-quality patient care tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Oversee clinical standards, conduct assessments, and manage care plans to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise medication administration, conduct audits, and liaise with medical professionals to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Foster a professional, caring approach among staff to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with active registration on the relevant nursing board.
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • A post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care (highly desirable).
