Job Role:Your new position involves delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a team to provide personalized experiences in a leading financial institution in Ireland.
- Greet customers on the banking hall floor, identify their needs
- Direct customers to self-service options or refer them to Teller/Customer Service as necessary
- Address basic queries and complaints, escalate issues if required
- Update customer information using iPads, identify opportunities for sales growth
- Cash handling: process lodgements, manage cash levels, balance at the end of the day
