The role of the Business Transformation Consultant is to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation within Bank of Ireland. As a key member of the Wealth and Insurance division, you will be responsible for understanding business objectives and identifying technology requirements to achieve strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with product owners and leaders to drive product definition and deliver digital solutions.
  • Lead workshops and requirement gathering to produce high-quality business analysis and clear business requirement documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, IT, or Information Management
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall project delivery models, particularly within the financial services/Insurance industry
