Role Summary

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist with Team Horizon, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical studies and programs to support investigations and product improvements.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in formulation, aseptic filling processes, and isolator technology. You should have experience working with cGMP pharmaceutical or Biologics industries, batch processing, technical transfers, scale-up, commissioning and validation. In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the team at regulatory audits and collaborate with technical experts across the network.

  • Leading the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
  • Designing and implementing technical studies and programs to support investigations and product improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Representing the team at regulatory audits.
  • Providing technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Sourcing and procuring process equipment with technical oversight.
