About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring smooth cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and implement effective treasury strategies to optimize working capital and minimize risk
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and reporting, including the preparation of 13-week cash flow projections
  • Oversee policies and procedures related to trade financing, invoice discounting, and banking relationships
  • Support the CFO in the development of a Transfer Pricing Study for the Group
  • Ensure compliance with banking covenants and regulatory requirements
  • Implement best-in-class reporting and process improvements
  • Manage and train other members of the team as appropriate

Requirements:

">
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent
  • At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Membership of a treasury association an advantage
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company desirable
