About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to work on our automated trading desk.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with trading strategy and infrastructure development teams, working together to deploy new technologies and strategies that drive success.

  • Develop and implement scripts for monitoring the production environment and its dependencies;
  • Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team on server imaging, testing, and deployment;
  • Liaise between trading desks and network, security, market data, and platform teams for system-level production issues and new setups;
  • Monitor and support highly distributed production systems;
  • Provide multi-level support for traders, strategists, and quantitative researchers;
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, bash, shell) required;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with traders, quants, and other developers;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required;
  • Excellent quantitative skills strongly preferred;
  • Good understanding of financial instruments and markets is a plus;
