Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead our building automation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Lead Controls Systems Engineer, you will work closely with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in controls systems and experience in leading project teams will be invaluable assets to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. They will be able to provide technical guidance to junior engineers and lead customer meetings with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for project teams
  • Design and implement building automation systems
  • Lead customer meetings and provide technical support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
  • At least 3 years of experience in controls systems engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Rockwell, Aveva, Inductive Ignition, and Distech technologies
  • Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and OPC servers is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
