Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Planner to join our team.

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing projects through preconstruction to completion, ensuring timely completion of projects while capturing any variations.

This role will involve developing, improving and monitoring project schedules, as well as recommending modifications to improve effectiveness and achieve project milestones.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable commercial experience with Primavera P6, as well as experience in scheduling large, complex industrial, capital improvement projects managing teams of schedulers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Recommend modifications to improve effectiveness and achieve project milestones.
  • Prepare short- and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports to all site teams and highlight concerns, develop mitigating measures to avoid delays.

Requirements:

  • 3rd level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical preferable but not essential.
  • Demonstrable commercial experience with Primavera P6 is essential.
  • Experience in scheduling large, complex industrial, capital improvement projects managing teams of schedulers.
  • Ability to communicate at high level and represent the company in client and contractor meetings.
