Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Woodlands House. The successful candidate will assist our Head Chef and Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing meals and beverages for residents and staff, adhering to our high standards of hygiene.
- Tray Preparation and Dining Area Maintenance: Prepare resident trays and dining areas, ensuring all necessary equipment and food are available.
- Cleaning Duties: Clear and clean kitchen, dining areas, and utensils using proper techniques and equipment.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as required by the Head Chef or Director of Nursing.
