About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin and Wicklow. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs, including preparation of accurate cost estimates, cost analysis, and value engineering.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Procure materials and services in line with project requirements and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with experience in residential or commercial development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control techniques.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
