Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale projects in Galway.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing BIM workflows, ensuring compliance with the BEP (BIM Execution Plan), and managing information exchange within the Federated Model.

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating coordination across MEP, structural, and architectural teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements and ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with the BEP
  • Manage information exchange within the Federated Model
  • Facilitate collaboration across MEP, structural, and architectural teams
  • Ensure alignment with project requirements and ISO 19650 standards

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Architecture or Engineering required
  • 3+ years' experience in Construction needed
  • Main Contractor/Subcontractor experience highly beneficial
  • Experience with MEP and building services coordination is highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of CDEs required
  • Track-record in utilizing softwares such as Navisworks, Revit, etc
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other Stakeholders on projects
  • Prior experience with Irish Building Regs preferred
