Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior MES Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering, supporting and enhancing MES solutions for leading life sciences manufacturers.

About the Role
  • Deliver Syncade projects: installation, configuration, testing, validation and go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to life sciences clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize MES performance.
  • Support compliance with GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Installation, configuration, testing, validation and go-live support of Syncade projects.
  • Technical Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to life sciences clients.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting MES performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills.
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years' experience in MES engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise in key Syncade modules: EBR, Materials, Weigh & Dispense, Equipment Tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, VBScript, XML/XSL and system integrations.
  • Understanding of MES–DeltaV interfaces and other manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
