About the Project:

Your Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Site Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring that all work is completed to schedule and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Ensuring Safety & Compliance: Enforce the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring that all activities comply with legal regulations and best practice.
  • Coordinating Resources: Ensure that the right resources – labour, materials, and equipment – are available and allocated efficiently to meet project timelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues on-site promptly, managing challenges in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the construction process to ensure that quality standards are met and that the finished product aligns with the client's vision and specifications.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Large Scale Development Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a senior site management role, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across all phases of construction.
  • Project Delivery Expertise: Experience overseeing complex projects, with a deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management.
  • Health & Safety: A champion of health and safety, with thorough knowledge of safety standards, protocols, and regulations in commercial construction.
