Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Optical Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming patients, answering their queries, and ensuring they receive the best care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall store experience.
  • Develop your knowledge and skills through comprehensive training programs and ongoing support.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by participating in team events and building positive relationships with colleagues.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Will to take on new challenges and step out of your comfort zone.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with optics or Audiology industry.
  • Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
