Pareto Securities As is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form strong therapeutic relationships with service users and their families, promoting independence and community integration.
  • Assist with daily living activities, budgeting, and money management, ensuring seamless transitions to independent living.
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, incorporating skills training and leisure activities for optimal quality of life.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Health or Social Care qualification to a minimum QQI Level 5 standard
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
