We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to oversee our software product development.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead our QA team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through rigorous testing strategies.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in Software Testing is required
- Minimum of 5 Years In a Senior/ Lead role with a proven track record of success
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and associated tools
- Excellent API testing experience using industry-standard frameworks
- Regular use of test automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright for efficient testing
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to drive technical excellence
- Leveraging cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget
- Working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of new features and minimize risks
- Maintaining a strong focus on process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Identifying opportunities for growth and professional development
