Product Manager Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Product Manager with keen delivery mindset to excel in a major core banking project.

  • Be the primary point of contact to various stakeholders, on behalf of the Project team and identify the requirements for the development team.
  • Create and prioritize a product backlog that aligns with the Project vision and goals, and continuously refine it based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, design team leads, quality assurance) to ensure that the product/service delivered meets customer needs and is delivered on time.
  • Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.
  • Continuously monitor the product's performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements.
  • Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the product/Project, and inspiring others to share and contribute to the product/project vision and goals.
  • Continuously monitor the Project' and Squad's performance, gather feedback from various stakeholders and respond/take actions to show continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements.
  • Take tough decisions on what features/items to include in each sprint or release, based on the value they will deliver to business needs.
  • Closely work with the Scrum Master and the delivery squad to resolve challenges and remove impediments.
  • Show strong commercial acumen and connect easily with the strategy and goals of both Project and business.

Requirements: Experience and Skills required - 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Product Owner or Delivery Manager or Delivery Lead
