Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Training Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our business by communicating with participants, training providers, suppliers and managers, and assisting with maintaining the databases of current training qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, including internal and external training databases, CPD database, schedules, attendance sheets
  • Book training courses both internally and externally
  • Prepare and disseminate joining instructions to trainees
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for suppliers and employees
  • Handle accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Submit reports on training activities
  • Adhere to procurement guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Training Administrator or HR Assistant
  • Skilled administrator with the ability to create, operate and adapt various systems
  • Knowledge of office procedures and accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Sharepoint, as well as training software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Some knowledge/experience of event management preferred but not essential
  • Experience working in the construction industry would be advantageous but not necessary
