TN Ireland is a registered charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our team and drive the organisation's strategic objectives.

The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, overseeing the overall management of the charity, and ensuring the successful implementation of its strategic goals. This includes collaborating with the Board of Directors and staff to establish, implement, and oversee the charity's objectives, strategies, plans, and policies.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Men's Aid's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and mission.
  • Effective Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the charity, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and operations.

Main Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

The CEO will lead the development and execution of Men's Aid's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision and mission. This includes:

  • Developing Strategic Objectives: Work with the Board to create long-term plans that advance the charity's impact and sustainability.
  • Implementing Strategies: Collaborate with staff to establish, implement, and oversee the charity's objectives, strategies, plans, and policies.

Effective Operations

The CEO will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the charity, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and operations. This includes:

  • Overseeing Operations: Oversee the effective management of financial budgets and resources.
