We are seeking a highly-motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Children's Disability Network Team.

This role will provide a range of Occupational Therapy services for children 0 - 18 years and their families within an interdisciplinary framework through family centred practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment, diagnostics and intervention
  • Clinical and performance supervision
  • Ongoing service delivery to children with a range of disabilities

The successful candidate will have experience supervising Occupational Therapy Students and/or Occupational Therapy Assistants, and hold a valid full driving licence with access to own transport.

Essential Criteria:

  1. Be registered on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
  2. Have 3 years full time post qualification clinical experience
  3. Have the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office

Desirable Criteria:

  1. Minimum 2 years post Qualification experience working with families and children with a range of disabilities/developmental delays including Autism
  2. Experience of working within the PDS Framework
