Job Opportunity

This position involves driving growth in networking and connectivity categories among new customers in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve set quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall business success
  • Pipeline management and weekly forecasting of business generated in collaboration with Sales teams
  • Management of internal processes relating to vendors, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and deliver a customer business plan, delivering against pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a quarterly basis and working to fully execute on agreed plans
  • Enable sales teams to ensure accurate and timely management of all quotations
  • Support initiatives that can build presence and sales via e-commerce platforms
  • Communicate and articulate the value proposition and strategy to prospects and customers, differentiating from competitors
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring the company remains a valued and key supplier
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive brand awareness activity
  • Act as an ambassador and representative of the company, ensuring a professional image is maintained
  • Contribute to and act as a role model for company values
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably at vendor, reseller, or distributor level
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate eloquently in both written and verbal formats, face-to-face and remotely
  • Mature, responsible, and professional attitude towards work
  • Experience in Networking or Connectivity is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively with people from various functional areas: Operations, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
  • Proactive work style, taking initiative and working well within a busy sales environment
  • Commercial and business awareness, with good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
