Job Title: R&D Expert

We are seeking an experienced R&D expert to join our team. As a key member of our analytical services group, you will play a vital role in developing, verifying, and validating analytical test methods for various pharmaceutical products.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience in HPLC, dissolution, GPC, and other analytical techniques. Your expertise in method development, validation, and troubleshooting will be invaluable to our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, verify, and validate analytical test methods for injectables, hydrogels, polymers, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in HPLC, dissolution, GPC, and other analytical techniques.
  • Troubleshoot issues associated with HPLC, dissolution, GPC, and other analytical equipment.
  • Experience working in a GLP environment.
Requirements:
  • A science graduate in chemistry or equivalent education with at least 7 years' experience in a GMP environment.
  • Experience with analytical technologies and demonstrated troubleshooting skills (HPLC, GC, UV, PSD, XRPD, wet chemistry, dissolution, etc.).
  • Strong customer service mentality and ability to work in a team environment.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of USP, ICH guidelines for HPLC, dissolution, and other analytical test methods.
  • Ability to manage a team of analysts to provide technical guidance and review their work.
