About the Position
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the F&B department and executing strategies to achieve goals.
  • People leadership, including recruiting, retaining, and developing employees.
  • Set targets for the restaurant team aligned with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the F&B department.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop employees to maintain high standards.
  • Implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Restaurant management role in a 3/4 star hotel setting.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
