Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to join our team in Dublin city centre. This exciting permanent position is a hybrid role, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.

About the Job

This key role will focus on leading internal staff communications in line with company values. The ideal candidate will manage the People calendar and work with the marketing team to keep messages clear and consistent across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Create and run initiatives that improve employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition. Use feedback and data to make improvements and track results.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) by helping to develop and embed inclusive practices across teams.
  • Write, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues.
  • Work alongside hiring managers and the People Team to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Help improve HR processes, employee experience, and overall team efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience). A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction is essential, ideally within regulated environments.

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in HR
  • CIPD accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in HR or people-focused roles, ideally within a values-driven organisation, delivering employee experience and engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
  • Passionate about fostering inclusion, belonging, and a positive workplace culture.
