We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Social Care Worker to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families and other professionals, as well as contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
A successful candidate will have a minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area, along with a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking.
Additional requirements include an understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care, as well as a working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
