We are currently recruiting Golf Services Attendants on a fixed-term contract basis to join our Golf Operations Team.

This role involves ensuring that all golfers experience the ultimate in guest care and player assistance.

The golf guest service team are responsible for making golfers' days more pleasurable and smooth, from greeting and assisting players to working in our Retail Pro-Shop.

Your operational responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Golf Operations Manager with caddy programmes, including booking, administration, and training.
  • Setting up the driving range correctly and following processes throughout the day when required.
  • Coordinating and preparing golf carts for guests, ensuring used carts are cleaned quickly and efficiently and equipped in advance for the next use.
  • Marking carts with players' names and tee times prior to arrival.
  • Working as part of a sales team within the golf department and on a global level encompassing the entire Resort.
