Job Description

The role of a Senior Treasury Analyst at Clúid Housing is to play a pivotal part in the Corporate Finance & Treasury team within the Finance Department.

This position involves daily cash operations, encompassing cash flow forecasting, debt, and cash management. The successful candidate will report directly to the Treasury Manager and be responsible for managing the daily cash operations within Clúid Housing.

An essential aspect of this role is the effective utilization of Kyriba, a Treasury Management System, which has recently been implemented. This will involve ensuring the system is used optimally to bring efficiencies to Clúid's cash management processes and meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cash Management: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in the cash forecasting process, including through effective use of the new Treasury Management System.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of cash management strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain treasury reports including cash flow forecasts and financial risk analysis.

Banking and Loan Maintenance: Coordinate documentation and KYC requirements for our approved panel of banks. Monitor and maintain user access profiles on banking platforms and provide first point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders regarding loans and bank transactions.

Assisting Wider Team Responsibilities: Upskill in other Treasury responsibilities to provide cover for colleagues. Liaise with Auditors & Financial Reporting, coordinate documentation support, and responses for audits. Provide support for the Treasury Management System and recommend improvements to Treasury processes, systems, and controls.
