Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender documentation with a strong understanding of Irish Building regulations.
  • Conduct surveys throughout the life-cycle of projects.
  • Work on a varied workload, including public sector projects in health, education, and residential sectors, as well as private sector projects in the commercial and tourism sectors.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree qualified in Architectural Technology.
  • 5+ years postgraduate experience in the field.
  • Proficient in Revit and comfortable using this program.
  • Project experience in healthcare, education, Residential (large), and office fitouts.
