About the Role:- The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Group Pension and Risk Schemes with precision and accuracy.
- They will ensure timely completion of all day-to-day scheme administration, maintaining the highest standards.
- A key responsibility is providing exceptional customer service by handling client and scheme member enquiries effectively.
- The role involves collaborating with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure compliance across client files, upholding regulatory requirements.
- The Pension Administration Expert will oversee group pension and risk renewals, accounts, and statutory disclosures, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage personal and executive pension plans, Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs), and individual protection policies, providing tailored solutions.
- Attend client meetings to support Consultants, provide daily assistance to the Line Manager and Director, and contribute to business growth.
- Work closely with the Pensions and Compliance Manager to deliver accurate investment-related information, supporting informed decision-making.
- APA/QFA qualification with 3-5 years of experience in pension administration.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
