About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Group Pension and Risk Schemes with precision and accuracy.
  • They will ensure timely completion of all day-to-day scheme administration, maintaining the highest standards.
  • A key responsibility is providing exceptional customer service by handling client and scheme member enquiries effectively.
  • The role involves collaborating with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure compliance across client files, upholding regulatory requirements.
  • The Pension Administration Expert will oversee group pension and risk renewals, accounts, and statutory disclosures, ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage personal and executive pension plans, Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs), and individual protection policies, providing tailored solutions.
  2. Attend client meetings to support Consultants, provide daily assistance to the Line Manager and Director, and contribute to business growth.
  3. Work closely with the Pensions and Compliance Manager to deliver accurate investment-related information, supporting informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • APA/QFA qualification with 3-5 years of experience in pension administration.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
