Supply Chain Transformation Expert

As a highly skilled supply chain transformation expert, you will define, design, or redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency and lead the program throughout the transformation wave.

In co-creation with clients, you will organize workshops to detect client needs and operating model changes in their end-to-end planning ways of working as well as connected broader supply chains.

You will assume a coaching role, guiding your project team towards goals and training them on process design improvements. You will take full responsibility for a functional domain in a larger program, keeping track of deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs.

You will ensure full integration of all processes and linkage to best practices. You will gather necessary information without losing focus on details and ensure all stakeholders are involved and aligned.

You will co-create a playbook together with the client, documenting the new way of working both on a process and organizational level.

You will provide structure and guidance during the entire implementation process, ensuring it happens in a smooth and structured manner.

Internally, you will take a people responsibility as a team/people lead, coaching and growing colleagues in their career paths.

You will bring your experience into internal continuous improvement initiatives, bringing a strong growth mindset to our own ways of working.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Master's degree in engineering or economics
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting
  • Ability to shape and define project plans and structures
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in designing or redesigning business processes
  • Fluency in English
