As an Aviation Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft transactions. This includes managing purchase orders, tracking supplier invoices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical documentation and updates
  • Monitor data platforms and maintain databases for efficient record-keeping
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in aviation or a related field, preferably with exposure to record-keeping
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or logistics
  • Prior work with technical platforms and OEM portals preferred
