Job Title: Strategic Reliability Expert

This role will play a crucial part in the development of next-generation medical technologies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. With a strong focus on innovation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive advancements in the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias.

  • The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of reliability engineering combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • A minimum Level 8 Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with Research & Development to develop test methods that ensure they are ready for the Test Method Validation process.
  • Perform systematic reliability analysis against features, requirements, architecture, interfaces, and designs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead strategies for test method validations, design verification, and shelf-life protocols/reports to ensure high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of reliability tools and practices is essential to effectively support requirements, design, integration, and verification/validation.
  • Critical thinking skills with a focus on improved system performance outcomes and positive business impact are critical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
