Job Title: Litigation Support Assistant

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to support a busy litigation team in a professional and collaborative environment?

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Support Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Irish law firm, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team.

The Role:
- Provide expert secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and liaise with clients and counsel
- Assist with case management, file maintenance, and billing processes
- Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard

The Person:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation is essential
- Strong document production and typing skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy team environment
