The Lead Care and Support Team Member will play a pivotal role in the management team, supporting the Registered Manager to meet regulatory requirements and deliver high-quality care and support.
This role involves leading a team of care professionals to provide holistic support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in developing and implementing individual care plans.
- Mentor and supervise the Support Team to ensure delivery of quality care and support.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Social Work or equivalent and registration on the NISCC's register.
- Two years' experience in a social care setting providing support and care.
- Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities.
- Effective communication and high level of competency in IT, including Microsoft Office packages.
- A full current driving licence valid for use in the UK and access to a vehicle.
