About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with expertise in C# and JavaScript using .NET and React JS to join our Information Technology team based at our offices in Shannon, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will work on the design and development of Windows and web-based applications, liaising with business partners and IT colleagues. You must have the ability to take the initiative and work independently, whilst maintaining strong team relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Work independently while maintaining effective team relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in software engineering, computing, or related field
  • 2+ years' professional experience working as a Software Engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of C#, JavaScript using .NET Core & React JS
  • Experience with Visual Studio .NET and GIT
  • Experience with Relational databases, preferably Oracle
  • Experience of Oracle PL/SQL usage for Business Logic
  • Experience with React JS, Bootstrap, CSS
  • Experience in Application Support
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Driver's license not essential but beneficial
