AWS Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned expert in AWS to lead the design, development, and delivery of our cloud platform.

This role involves collaborating with skilled AWS engineers to craft a cutting-edge, serverless-first cloud infrastructure. You will play a pivotal part in onboarding development teams, shaping our architecture strategy, and integrating third-party platforms to enhance our capabilities.

Your work will focus on maintaining the scalability, security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness of our platform while continuously exploring and adopting the latest AWS services and emerging technologies. Proven experience in AWS delivery, strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Serverless Framework, or CDK), and a passion for serverless solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB are essential.

This is a 4-day-a-week role in Dublin City Centre. We offer a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can contribute to shaping the future of a modern cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver solutions on a cloud platform, particularly AWS
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code deployment tooling such as CloudFormation, Serverless Framework, or Cloud Development Kit
  • Working with the Python ecosystem, with a willingness to adopt new development languages when necessary
