Management Opportunity

This is a great chance for an experienced manager to lead a successful team.

The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations within the venue, working closely with F&B teams
  • Managing all aspects of staff supervision, including coordination of daily operational plans, training, development, rostering, and motivating the team to achieve common goals
  • Overseeing service delivery across all areas of the business
  • Coordinating systems for stock management, cost control, and supplier relationships
  • Ensuring customers receive excellent service and continuously improving it
  • Continuing to ensure high standards of compliance within Health and Safety regulations

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in managing or supervising hospitality venues
  • Knowledge of Irish food and alcohol laws
  • HACCP certification
  • First Aid Certification desirable, however training can be provided
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and a good understanding of computerized management systems
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
