We are seeking an experienced Assistant Night Manager to fill a vacancy in Dublin.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during designated hours.
- Manage all guest issues as they arise and employee matters during shifts, liaising with other managers within the hotel when necessary.
- Implement company policy, strategy, and current legislation and regulations.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large establishment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to assist in other departments if required.
Operational experience is essential, and excellent written and spoken English skills are necessary. Management, reception, hotel, front office, and hospitality experience are highly valued.
