Job Description

The role will involve providing administrative support to a portfolio of external clients, including Global Clients. This will include oversight of the renewal process, claims management, member engagement, insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk and Healthcare schemes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the renewal process
  • Management of claims
  • Managing client and member queries
  • Supporting the Pension and Risk consultants
  • Insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk and Healthcare schemes for our clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical knowledge of either Healthcare, Pension or Risk, and a willingness to learn across other product lines. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
