Childcare Therapist

We are seeking an individual to foster positive relationships with children and young people, creating a therapeutic environment that encourages their development.

The role involves working with a team of professionals to provide holistic, trauma-informed care to the young people.

A key aspect of this position is fostering a safe and supportive environment, promoting healthy growth and well-being in children and adolescents.

This role requires someone who can work effectively as part of a team, providing robust support to our young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Fostering positive relationships with children and young people
• Creating a therapeutic environment that encourages development
• Working collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide care and support
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Providing support and guidance to young people as needed

For this role, we require:

• A full manual driving license
• A minimum of 6 months experience in Social Care (placement experience accepted)
• Registration in the Social Care Workers Register or holding a CORU approved qualification
• Ability to discharge duties efficiently
