Job Title: Mechnical Designer

 

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for providing design and technical services on various projects.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Design Management: Develop and agree on design processes and deliverables with clients and project engineers.
  • Engineering Solutions: Design and specify mechanical engineering solutions in line with current regulations and design standards.
  • Pre-Construction Engineering Activities: Produce information including design development, construction details, services coordination, and technical submittals.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.
  • Off-Site Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to construction teams on-site.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a design consultancy environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of current CIBSE and ASHRAE Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN and IEC Standards.
  • Proficiency in Hevacomp, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite Software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
