**Environmental Sustainability Engineer Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Environmental and Sustainability professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Construction Environmental and Sustainability programs across our projects.

This role requires strong expertise and a passion for inspiring construction project teams to achieve Best in Class environmental and sustainability performance.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement Construction ES programs across our projects.
  • Drive the adoption of decarbonisation, low energy, renewable techniques, and sustainable alternative fuels on construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability legislative requirements.
  • Develop and implement Life Cycle Assessment methodologies and low-carbon building materials.
  • Establish systems and procedures for LEED, BREEAM, and other accreditation programs.
  • Capture baseline ES data for KPI development and reporting.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in environmental/sustainability/energy consulting or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Architecture/Engineering/Environmental/Sustainability/Construction or a related subject.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and international experience.
  • Qualifications in LEED AP BD&C / ID+C and/or BREEAM AP desirable.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
