We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our well-established, community-focused pharmacy in Waterford City. As a hands-on member of the team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and support the team to deliver excellent customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily running of the pharmacy with a focus on efficiency and compliance. You will also lead by example and foster a positive work environment.

  • Support and lead the pharmacy team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of dispensing, stock control, and record-keeping

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified Pharmacy Technician qualification and relevant experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
