Quality Assurance Leader

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the quality assurance function to ensure all dairy products meet regulatory standards, customer requirements, and company quality objectives.

This role involves implementing and maintaining quality systems, food safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the dairy industry.
  • Proven leadership skills, including experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and Six Sigma preferred.
