Fitness Instructor Pool Lifeguard
Description:We are seeking a qualified and experienced fitness instructor to join our team as a pool lifeguard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport and the leisure industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and enjoyable experiences for visitors by ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Supervise swimming pool area and maintain professional appearance at all times.
- Carry out duties including lifeguarding, swim teaching, fitness testing, and programme design.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Possession of recognized lifeguard qualification (RLSS/IWS) and equivalent gym qualification (NCEF).
- Minimum of 1 year's relevant work experience in a leisure centre with First Aid and pool plant operators qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of leisure industry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
