Job Summary

As a Procurement and Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Processing cash receipts, allocations, and invoices to ensure timely and efficient financial transactions.
  2. Reviewing contracts to capture relevant data and set up contracts on the contract management system.
  3. Supporting the deal team during due diligence and drafting contract review processes.
  4. Providing daily information and assistance to internal departments.
Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of experience in contract management or corporate administration.
  2. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  3. Strong technical skills in MS Office, databases, and document management systems.
