A key role for a Senior Technical Project Manager has become available.

This position is responsible for the development and execution of major capital projects in acute and non-acute settings. The successful candidate will manage project briefs, ensure stakeholders are informed, and coordinate necessary consultations and meetings to achieve project completion.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will also plan and supervise the execution of minor capital works, including developing project briefs, preparing plans and contract documents, appointing design teams, and managing tenders.

In addition, this role requires the maintenance of buildings, services, equipment, and vehicles under control by developing planned maintenance routines, incorporating maintenance requirements into supply contracts, and creating guidelines for safe equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage project briefs in consultation with personnel and advisors.
  2. Ensure project briefs are known and understood by all stakeholders.
  3. Manage necessary consultations, meetings, and activities for project completion.
  4. Plan and supervise the execution of minor capital works.
  5. Develop planned maintenance routines for relevant equipment.
