As a Human Factors Specialist in Medical Device Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and usability of innovative medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct usability testing and analysis for medical devices, with a focus on pharma and syringe experience.
  • Develop and implement design input tables, DHF documentation, and risk management plans to ensure patient safety and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to translate HF data into actionable design inputs and inform design decisions at an early stage.
Favourite Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and informal testing methods.
  • Strong background in medical device usability and clinical context.
